Book A GP Appointment
We offer booked 15-minute appointments during the morning at 8.30 am-12.00 am and afternoon at 1.45 pm-4.30 pm. Our GP appointments are telephone consultations, if you think you require a face to face appointment, please let our reception staff know. Please do not attend the surgery for a GP appointment unless you are asked to do so.
We offer early morning appointments on a Tuesday and Wednesday. We also have a Saturday clinic once per month.
If you have a preference as to which GP you consult with, please say at the time of booking your appointment, however it may not always be possible to accommodate.
Our appointment system is still predominantly on the day led, however we now have a very small number of appointments that can be booked in advance. Once Triaged We have appointments available for all our clinical staff to book as follow up telephone call or face to face as appropriate.
If you have a complex problem or a number of things to discuss with the GP, then request a “double appointment”.
Please let reception staff know if you require an interpreter and for which language.

eConsult
We now offer the option to start your consultation online. Completing our online form gathers most of the information that the doctor needs in advance and someone will get back to you before 6.30pm the next working day. eConsults are processed Monday – Friday 8am – 12pm, but may close before this if our daily maximum is reached.
Emergency Appointments
We will have a few reserved appointments for genuine emergencies that the doctors can use at their discretion, these are not available for reception staff to book and are very limited. If you are unable to get an appointment on the day when you call and you don’t think you can wait then please let our reception staff know who can try and arrange a duty doctor call back.
