eConsult: Contact Your GP Online
This service allows adequate information to be obtained so that you can be directed to the correct health care professional.
As part of eConsult there is a very detailed Self help section. We would encourage patients to review this information before submitting a consultation for GP review.
This service is only for patients of Annandale Practice, there are 2 practices in Bellevue Medical Centre, Hopetoun Practice do not accept eConsultations.
There are many community services available to help with a range of problems e.g pharmacy, optician, practice physiotherapist, practice mental health nurse. E-consult is designed to streamline access for patients to the correct healthcare professional at the right time and this often will not be a GP. E-consult is also designed to help reduce and manage the increasing workload and pressure on gp practices. Many thanks for considering this.

• Medical certificates will be posted to you. Please do not attend the surgery to collect these.
